SHIPPING -

As I seek to keep my prices for pottery as low as possible, my shipping costs are close to actual price. I use recycled and reusable materials as much as possible. As far as possible I use paper products.

NZ Flat rate of $10 for packages under 3kg, $20 for packages 3-5kg and rural charges apply. 

Large orders, please contact me for shipping estimates.

Locals have the option to pick up their order from my studio in Whanganui by appointment, simply add the code PICKUP on checkout.

Shipping to a physical address only, no deliveries to a P.O Box.

Allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery within NZ.

No returns or refunds.

In the case of receiving cracked or broken items please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order.
